Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Life happens, and I understand emergencies occur. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
Arriving more than 7 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure I stay on schedule for all clients.
